well yesterday's training was tough.
the training had barely started and coach zhang chased me aside .
it made me really think again.
she told me that i was the only one not improving consistently
she said that i only improved alot during training but then the training after that i didnt keep up with my improvements
so when we had to throw as far as possible, i thought and thought and wanted to do it right
then i threw further than i ever did-further than i thought i could.
yeah it took me more than 1/2 a year to fully understand coach's meaning of that it's all about mentality.
and during batting on the t-stand, i was holding the bat wrongly.
we hadnt batted for a month
and when coach zhang corrected me in holding the bat, she muttered under her breath that she was sick of me.
how can i hold the bat wrongly and yet be able to bat correctly?
coach zhang praised me after that.
she's always underestimating me.
then we had to run 3 rounds for cool down
lydia sprinted like the whole of that okayy
and she was leading
so the rest of us had to sprint the 3 rounds together for coach's precautions.
so yesterday's training wasnt really my best.
those harsh and direct words :x

WE'RE ALLOWED TO BRING HOME BATS ON WEDNESDAY !
our snrs only got to bring them back in sec 2 before the srcs
and here we are, sec 1s, without any upcoming matches and yet we're allowed to bring the bats home~
and the weather yesterday was like super hot
so i got high socks tan too =DD
