anyway, my internet connection finally works.

TUESDAY:
promotion day.
me, rachel, vic and viola went for the IT workshop thing.
then vic, viola and i met amanda outside school to go east coast to cycle and bowl.
we rented two double bikes and we swapped patners after awhile.
at first we wanted the most shiniest, newest, and nicest bikes.
and even though the man said it's too high for us, we insisted on taking them
lols
so me and amanda took AGESSSSSSS just to get up the bike while vic and viola whizzed past us , sneering :D
like after 15 minutes we still couldnt get up the bike without being unstable, so we swapped patners.

then we had a race?

obviously me and viola =="
amnda and vic were complaining, esp vic who complained non-stop that the reason why they lost was cause amanda didnt pedal.
then went to play by the sea.
lots of sandflies there.

then amanda fell near a rock and cut her hand
cut, as in a really small cut.
then she kept complaining and wimping :DD
ya then went to mcs to wash our feet and stuff.

after cycling for two hours we went to look for jobs (:
went to mcs first which was really embarassing.
in the end we had to be at least fourteen.
like we didnt know that.
then went bowling at marine superbowl or something.
i lost :x
got a depressing score of 46 maan
but whatever (:
was still fun anyway :D
then went home.
i owe lots of people money.

MONDAY:
got our entire year's results back.
got an average of 64.2

how wasted :/
then we went to vj for training which was really fun and tiring
started off by running 2.4km from vj to east coast park and back.
and i ran the whole way without stopping once :DD
and it was really tiring especially the inclined parts we had to run through twice.
then we played the carrot game and the shoe game which was freaking fun and wild :D
the carrot game is where there is a turnip in the middle which all the carrots surrounding it have to protect by linking arms and legs and stuff.
then the others have to come and break you up until they get the turnip.

then my group won :D
the other group still owes us ice cream la =D
and the shoe game is where everyone takes off their shoes and dump them in the middle. then there are three groups. your group has to grab as many shoes as possible, then protect your shoes and make sure the other groups dont come and steal them. you can also steal other groups' shoes. then when the time is up, the group witht he least shoes wins.\
so you have to like either hide your shoes or throw them to the other groups.
get it?
ya so it was really wild :DD
then we batted with wafer balls and did ball drills.

SUNDAY:
watched lots of movies.

SATURDAY:
cant remember.

FRIDAY:
went to amanda's house for elearning.
then we spent two hours looking through people's blogs and contacts in our msn and handphones, looking for people to go out with cause
1) vic was going out with her mum to shop
2) rachel went to karen's house
3) tessa was grounded
4) natasha didnt reply when we asked her on msn
5) zai's not allowed to go out
6) jing yi wanted to watch movies at home
so we went to parkway to rent movies and went to viola's house to watch 'em
watched epic movie
was really hilarious :DD
also rented big momma house two.
then went to tuition.

hello.
i'm at amanda's house now.
just completed eLearning history which was really dumb.
i dont believe it's part of next year's ca, but whatever.
so here's the three-day post

tuesday:
got back our chinese, geography and maths.
geog: c5 ; 58
chinese: b4 ; 64:DD
maths: 57
so i think i did okay for chinese and maths
maths' cohort average was 51, so being above average is good right =D
chinese, from 50 to 64, is a big improvement i guess.
NOT BEING EGO HERE
okay then we had training.
was kinda slack cause they had this really long talk in the classroom for everyone from coach.
and we ran five rounds around the classroom block.
then after the two-hour talk we ran 10 sets of stairs.
was so freaking slack.
didnt even run properly la.
okay then coach zhang came and coach let us do grounders in the void deck- was raining.
then did physical.
sit-ups, push-ups and frog jumps.
three sets.
i felt stronger, in the sense that i felt less tired doing 60 sit-ups than on previous trainings :o
when training ended, it started raining like mad.
like really really heavy.
the umbrellas in the circular block were like going to be blown off and the tables in the prefectorial board area were moving by their own.
was so freaky la.
then there was lightning and thunder so we went to the general office to borrow umbrella, where we saw coach and coach zhang in the office.
they were eating in the office like they had unlimited, free access.
then mdm khoo lent me a raincoat.
oh ya i havent returned it yet.
but shh, don't tell anyone.
im returning on monday.
oh ya.
next week is intensive training at kallang pitch man.
so i only have this weekend to improve my throwing unless i want coach to throw me aside

wednesday:
got back literature and history
a1 for literature :D
top in class for the second time in lit this year :DD
history was bad la.

but overall, 73; fourth in class (:
i've decided to take history and lit in sec three now :DD
went for light training with preya.
melissa, beth and anisa were supposed to come, too.
but they didnt come.
so we did gym, fielding and throwing.
gym was hilarious :D
we had to lift up the 5-kg long weight thingy.
we needed two people just to lift it up

then we ended at 5.
went to the bubble tea shop and ate nachos and bubble tea till 7
whoa.

thursday:
spent the whole day playing cluedo, murderer, stress, taitee, cheat, this game ms chai lent us and broken telephone :D
nat won at cluedo.
was quite boring, actually.
we played 2 types of murderer next- the squeeze one and sleeping one.
then we were screaming (or rather, yin hui and rachel were) during the game ms chai lent us.
we rang the bell like mad until mdm raudhah came in to warn us about the o levels taking place.
training:
was really sad.
but really great.
coach zhang gave me a chance to train with the seniors; base throwing.
then what happen?
i totally blew it.
it was fine when we were throwing 321 home and 123 home but when i had to throw to 2 from home, the ball didnt reach.
i think i didnt try hard enough.
well so coach zhang asked me to go train with coach
could see she was trying not to hurt my feelings.
well ya.
so i did batting with coach.
batted with wafer balls then she asked me and this vj girl to bat with her.
at first was fine la
then later for some reason i turned my hip before the bat head came out.
so we stopped batting and did therabands.
thats all
i guess.
oh ya
did more physical man
did physical three times this week so i feel much stronger :DD

WEDNESDAY:
went to labrador park with the school for post-exam activities
the activity planned was like how freaking boring.
but with 'em there it was fun :DD
was originally in a group with aishwarya, huiqi and xinyu according to register number but i exchanged with sherlyn to a group with nat, amanda and mardhiah (:
in the bus we grabbed the 5-seat at the back and sat with amanda, rachel and nat
played truth or dare :DD
we opened rachel's huge packet of cheetos and passed it around the bus.
ms wang didnt care 0.0
then for amanda's dare she had to go all the way to the front and chat with ms wang and loud jingyi went, eh? amanda? what she doing?
so the whole bus stopped talking and watched amanda do her dare.
including the two tour guide people and the bus driver.
whoa.

then one of the instructors asked her to go back to her seat.
like wth.
he doesnt even have any authority to tell us what to do =="
then when we reached there, our group had the same instructor as rachel, tessa, siti and zai so we continued truth or dare for most of the trip =D
well nat thought of this real dumb thing for all of us- to act like nerds.
nat adjusted her backpack super high and pulled her socks all the way up
i pulled my socks all the way up. like reallyreallyreally high.
mardhiah put her sling bag like super low until it was beneath her butt
amanda tied her hair low
thus we looked like a bunch of nerds -.-
then we passed by this forest/garden area
rachel was soo amazed by how it "resembled" forks, hometown on bella and edward+family.
she made me be edward and she became bella, with nat as the camerawoman.
we filmed a few absurd scenes- one scene where it goes like this:
bella: edward, i finally found you!
edward: bella, i spent a hundred years looking for you! will you marry me?
and edward placed the imaginary ring into bella's finger.
AND IT WAS IMPROMTU :DD

okay then we grabbed the five seat at the back on the way back to school, with zai, tessa, nat, amanda, rachel and me all squashed up o.0
so it was actually a real boring trip but WE made it fun :D

THURSDAY:
we ponned a little of assembly
vic and tessa ponned the whole of three periods of radio talk, enviroment talk and what else?
can't remember.
and they didnt get caught!
and when me and viola and chairman acted guai, we were SLIGHTLY late to assembly and we were stuck outside for one freaking period.

unfair.
then our previous prefect let us in...kind-hearted huh.
joined amanda and blutoothed stuff.
and played games.
weird, silly games.
then during the "toilet break" we went to boo vic&tessa
we gave them a big fright man :DD

was better than i expected the first training after a long break to be.

went to KOVAN today for cip.
kovan is one mrt stop after serangoon by the way.
like wow.
from simei i took the train to outram park, then changed to the north west line to kovan.
the new train is like cool la
they have this video thing.

went around asking lots of people for directions and we spent 20 minutes walking to find the office place.
by the way the office is like right opposite this international school and when we asked the security guard he didnt know where the place was.
it was only when we continued walking down then we found the office.
well yeah it was a bore.
we reached there three hours later than everyone else so they were already eating their FREE lunch.
we didnt really dare ask cause we were already late and well, it sounded greedy.
so we spent three hours packing the pins, number tags and microchips.
was totally boring so we left.
again, left three hourse earlier than the rest.
so we got 3.5 hours of cip and $10 of allowance for transport.
it was supposed to be 20 bucks but cos we only stayed for 3 hours instead of 6-9, so ya.
then we walked back to the mrt station and macs- we found a short cut!
so all that 20 mins of walking in the hot sun ... could have spent 5 minutes walking in the shade, in a park instead.
then we went to mcs to spend our money :D
then went to heartland mall (in serangoon) and tampines mall.

well after exams we [me vic viola] went to marina square
vic wanted to go cycling at ecp but i insisted on shopping & watching a movie instead
we reached there around 10 plus so the shops were pretty much closed
then when the cinemas opened we bought tickets for balls of fury
we oh-ya-bei-ya-some (?) and i won three times IN A ROW :D
so i got to choose my seat- middle seat
then we bought nachos and drinks and chips
vic was nice
she gave me a dollar fifty discount on nachos
ya
then we went in to the theatre
golden village i think.
only nine people including us in the big theatre
and we ate all our food before the commercials even ended =="
and the movie was hilarious =DD
basically it's about this man who was a ping-pong champion when he was young. but then he stopped competiting. and one day when he was working the fbi came to him and asked him to work for them.
he was really dumb you know.
he thought they were faking it so he took the police's gun and shoot it into the air.

okay then he had to go compete in this ping-pong competition with sudden death if you lose
and ya he survived

the clothes at roxy were really nice.
so after we picked clothes for each other to try on, we went to the changing rooms but only two were vacant.
so vic and viola shared a cubicle and i went to the other.
and you know what.
after i tried on mine, i knocked on vic/viola's door to let me see theirs

them: ya? wait. let me try to unlock the door
[twist twist. twist twist. can't manage to open]
vic: i cant get it open!
salesgirl: excuse me, do you need help opening the door?

after she unlocked, she went in this bored tone, turn clockwise next time.

then we wanted to buy the clothes we tried on but we didnt have much money with us and most of the clothes we tried on was on 50% discount.

then 15 minutes later we dashed all the way back to the toilet and this old lady, the toilet cleaner had the wallet
and she spent like 10 minutes "lecturing" and "advising" vic what to do in hokkien.
we were just nodding and going orh, mmm, thank you
then the old lady said blahblahblahblahblah ah bei?
