another crappy training today.
thinking about it makes me want to cry again.
nowadays there seem to be alot of waterworks from me during trainings.

started off with physical with coach zhang.
15 sets of stairs again, to fourth level.
not as tiring as last time though.
then weights.
tiring.

then did throwing, with coach.
i realise my throwing is really off.
not the footwork and stuff, but the throwing and flicking alone.
coach was really mad.
had to go to the mirror to see my mistake cause my throwing was, as she said, awkward.
and then i finally saw my mistake. yes, it took me a year to realise what exactly was wrong. my pushing, my stiff flicking, how tense i am.

coach got mad again, when she saw how totally clueless i was.
and i dont think the reason why i just understood exactly how throwing is supposed to be isn't cause i didnt do enough homework.
i really dont know why.
maybe when coach was teaching, i didnt listen. but i kinda doubt so.
or maybe it was just that no one corrected me at the beginning of the year and thus it became a habit, and coach was too pissed by the thought that i didnt do homework to reallyreally correct me.
the softballers cheered me up though .
sighh.
andand the reason why i cried isnt cause im mad at coach okay.
i was just mad at myself for the horrible throwing.

im too depressed about my throwing.

then when i was batting i ardy had a huge blister on my right index finger which became bigger and bigger the past three trainings.

i think i didnt go down low enough/ feet open either too big or too small.
then 2 minutes later she punished me.

she could tell me my mistake before punishing me, like she always does right.
then she suddenly yelled at the vj pitchers, threatening to punish them, which was something i'd never seen before.

hello. i'm back from 6/4's outing- movie at bugis, neoprints + 'sleepover' at joelle's house.
nine people went today.
or maybe ten.
lost count.

well they met up at 11 but i met them at 2, when the movie was about to start.
guess what movie we watched.
BEE MOVIE -.-"
yepp.
thanks xiwen for waiting for me to go into the theatre together and getting the popcorn combo for me :DD
went in just in time for the movie.like the advertisement just ended.
er.
movie about this bee who apprently 'saves the rest of the bees by preventing the humans from "stealing" their honey'.
kinda lame you know.
not really worth your seven bucks, but im going to add it to my favourite movies list anyway.

then we met mandi at neoprint shop.
stupid boys kept poking their heads in when the pictures were taken.
only the girls took neoprints.
like obviously.
were pretty nice, except after we thought we decorated everything, i realised we had four pictures to go.
= .=
yeah we were a little shallow during that time.
so we screamed and in a hurry, xiwen clicked done by accident.
then we screamed again.
HAHAH the boys complained we were too noisy.
and screamy.

then went to joelle's house.
funny that even though she lives there, she didnt know how to take bus from serangoon mrt to her house.
yeah.
got there and ate chips, watched movies, etcher house is still loaded with all those dvds
like we opened one shelf fullof dvds and tried to find just my luck.
then we opened the next shelf
and the next (this one was filled with powerpuff girls, antasia, ants)
and the next.
uh-huh you get the point
in the end we settled for white chicks and ocean's twelve.

but went to the park first.
we split up, the girls and the boys.
we sat the swings and played truth or dare :D
was more like a confession session.
sheena told us a SUPER long story.
HAH.
her story had a happy ending to it i guess
we took lots of random pictures with the swing.
its currently in xiwen's handphone so im waiting for her to upload it onto the class blog.
then went back to her house.
ate dinner-chicken rice.
well it was supposed to be a BBQ, but then we didnt have enough time to prepare the ingredients, so we ate takeaway chicken rice
the girls grabbed all the good parts of the white chicken, leaving the boys with roasted duck's breast and feet.
AHAHAHAH
watched white chick
was real funny la
speakers didnt work though, so we had to settle for the subtitles
then halfway during the movie, we paused it and played murderer.
was fun :DD

after that went upstairs to third level and played cards, then murder in the dark.
HAHA
was wild :p
we (the girls) kept screaming.
then we found the tent- the tent we used a year ago for scary story-telling :DD
reminded me of the great time we had in primary six.
heh
anyway, me, xiwen and sheena kept hiding in the tent.
was really scary la
the murderer would poke and poke the tent until he/she found the opening. then we would close the tent and scream our lungs out
happened every single round :D
once, it was so freaky.we were laughing and screaming in the dark and the murderer kept rolling the tent over, causing us to roll over and banging into each other almost couldnt breathe LOLS
yeah
screamed and screamed for like an hour then we went back to playing cards (:

was great fun today ((:
then xiwen's father came and offered to fetch me home.
upload the photos another day.
and i missed today's sec four farewell.
no regrets, though.cause then i would have missed today's adventure :D

went to tampines, eastpoint, parkway and suntec today.wow that's four places.my feet are really sore man.well guess what.i went to exchange a pair of jeans, but i couldn't find the right size.so i went to another branch.then i found the right size and right cutting, but for some reason i didn't exchange it.dumb huh. so im going back tomorrow to exchange.what a waste of time.
tomorrow's also the 6/4 outing at bugis.movie, then neoprints, then shop but im not going.im so sick of movies and shopping nowadays la

i just did 70 push-ups in a row without feeling tired
HEH.
i guess doing 60 push-ups everyday helps
and my throwing feels more and more correct now
awesome :DD
it's only my batting now.
so sad la
i used to be kinda okay at batting, then now it's deproving
it's pathetic- when my weak points improve, my strong ones deprove
sigh.
oh well. i have the rest of this week to improve on my batting

hello.
went out yesterday with shun li.
havent seen for a long time.

both of us bought lots of stuff.
me, school books and jeans, her, magazines and bag
and other stuff.
well we went to the arcade.
and there were like problems with the dumb card la.
lucky the man gave us a free game.
and bowling in the arcade is damn easy.
i didnt know that.
i had two strikes and one almost-strike out of my three tries.
and we went to play the (-.-) candy game.
you know, the little kids playing the candy game, hoping to get lots of sweets.
so crap you know the machine.
they say got what card error again, so we went to ask the person fix it
after fixing, card error again.
so we went to try other machines
then when we came back to get out bags, we saw the hand scooping the candies moving.
like wth is that.
the machine suddenly worked even though it said our card didnt have sufficient money, blablah.
weird arcade.
got home around six.

CIP at ITE.

HELLO,
i just got home an hour ago.
which is 10.40pm :o
cause i went to do CIP at ite college east for the metta school of welfare association.
then i got home at 9.40
but was stuck in my backyard for a full hour.
let me start from the beginning [:
met yue jing at kembangang mrt.
was, er, 40 minutes late
sorry :DD
anyway, then went to century square to take neoprints which were damn nicee
but we didnt have enough time to decorate.
like that machine gave us less than two minutes in total =="
shopped.
ate.
and bought my history and science books.
history looked real boring on the outside, but when i flipped through it, it looked kinda okay.
science is weird.
we're only learning two units.

then went to tampines interchange to take 28 to ITE.
my sister said 28 went there, so i got up 28 after waiting for like how long, and the bus driver said it didnt go to ite.
then found out my sister said THIRTY eight, not twenty =="
so took 31 there.
we stopped 2 stops before.
cause i saw changi hospital and i thought it was ite; how smart of me.
almost got lost in ite.
its damn huge la.
finally found the auditorium.
started selling stuff, like hand-made candles by the metta students, handkerchief animals, hand-made, photoframes, yeah.
was kinda cool, the things they made.
at first it was totally boring, no customers.
then after awhile, there were soo many customers.
and this lady like left her 10 bucks on the counter by accident, so we earned 10 bucks extra.
in the end, earned about 100+ bucks.
all the donations go to charity, of course ((:
got free dinner and refreshments.
MCDONALD drinks.
like some lemon punch or something.
and for dinner, they ordered THREE BIG BOXES OF FRIED RICE FOR US.
my whole family used to share that one big box of rice, and now they expected each of us to finish one whole box.
WOW.
yeah.
was kinda fun i guess.
donated four bucks (:

then went home.
i had the key for the gate, but no key for any of the four doors into the house.
how smart is that.
so me and my sis were stuck outside for one whole hour cause the rest were out eating/shopping/getting a new phone/etc.
found my softball in another shoebag and started fiddling around with it and bouncing it until the neighbours complained.
flipped through my new textbooks and tried to understand.
listened to my ipod.
looked at the neoprints we took.
looked at the pictures i've seen manymany times in my handphone.
and i was like so in a hurry to go to the toilet la
then only FINALLY my family and maid came home.

PLAYED A GAME WITH THE SENIORS YESTERDAY.
well they won =="
had three outs during batting ):
and you know, the first time when coach tossed me the ball, i was ready for the ball.
but she told me, relax first la, im not ready yet.
so i took her words for granted and seriously thought she wasnt ready yet.
like i thought she was demonstrating to the pitchers behind the fence how to toss.
then suddenly she just tossed to me.
like wth.
so i didnt hit it.
STRIKE ONE.
second time, i hit it.
but i was thinking too much.
thinking whether i should hit it.
so when i decided to hit it, my bat head came out too late and i was too anxious to finish the swing.
made it to first, but barely though.
then the vj guys softballers came and they had to use that field, so we went to the lousy field.
the lousy field with tall grasses and icky mud everywhere.
the worst part was the distance between batter box and first base.
it slows you down cause it was slippery.
and the reasons for the three outs were cause :
1) i wasnt focused
2) i was thinking too much
3) i didnt finish the swing
4) coach deflated my ego by thinking that the way i batted the first inning was how i always batted during trainings
5) i didnt watch the bat head hit the ball
6) i was too stressed on not getting another out
and there was only one bat -.-
so we didnt get to swing bat.
yeah.
and during fielding, i could have gotten two out.
but you know why?
cause of my crappy throwing.
couldnt even aim to first base.
instead go to some fence then the runner was saved.
TWICE.
anyway, was fun though.
just that if i had worked harder on my skills, maybe the game would be even funner.
more fun.
whatever.
and you know what.
since warm-up i had been hungry like mad.
cause i didnt really eat a proper lunch.
and i didnt eat breakfast too.
i thought i'd eat more at parkway when i met the softballers but i didnt.
so i was hungry for 5 hours like dammit.
and thats partly why i couldnt throw from SHORTSTOP to FIRSTBASE.
and the furthest i batted was a fly ball but to first base.
GAH.
nevermind.

then went to school an hour early for training.
training today was slack.
even physical was kinda slack.

so then the movie is about him and how he raised his daughter and stuff.
was really great.
i cried towards the end when the daughter has to leave to return to her aunt's house
i cried when she ended up in the hospital, and
i cried when the rugby player was so distracted by his daughter leaving him that he almost lost the championship game
but i laughed my ass off and enjoyed every single minute of the movie :D
then we went to pizza hut for a late lunch.
bought garlic bread :DD
we saw jingyi's new best friend but then when we went in she disappeared dont know where.
anyway, then went shopping.
we all bought new clothes especially jing yi
she bought like 2 tees and 2 jeans la ~.~
wanted to go karaoke but they didnt wanna
they "couldnt sing"

but still.
yeah
then went home while the rest went to nat's house for sleepover and movie marathon, then to east coast the next day
