back from training.
im so exhuasted.
you know why?
cause we "outfielders" had to run 10 extra rounds around the classroom block cause we took "so long" to reply coach when she asked us whether we knew what to do.

i thought i wouldnt run the whole 10 rounds
but the seniors encouraged me.
so i made it in the end :D
and
i felt so super dizzy, i felt like fainting.
and it was freaky when huiwen collapsed on the floor
i thought she fainted.
lols.
i think napfa next year is gonna be easy

anyway
then,
batting.
hurhur.
my batting improved.
slightly.
slightly.
better than nothing though.
i dont know why im using right hand these days.
before the two-week break i never really had a problem with using right hand more than left.
then
batted wafer balls
there's also a problem with my front knee.

throwing
i wonder what happened to my throwing
it was fine yesterday

when my batting improves, my throwing deproves
which is so annoying.
cause they're both equally important
so i cant say i focus on my throwing then dont care about batting.

and im so sick of the damn cycle.
im going to do something about it.
there's going to be at least one training where my throwing and batting improve.

i threw with ceri.
the bdiv 07 captain.
her throws are scary. and high.
then i think i was too tense throwing with her.
so i dropped elbow and didnt flick.
then she always have to chase my balls.
and almost everytime i threw, i had the stitch from the 10 rounds
so no power.
oh well.
friday will be better, i hope.

and then we did physical.
if you consider that physical.
have to carry someone on your shoulders and go up and down.
i carried anisa.
she was the only one closest to my weight
hahah
once she sat on my hair.

okay
then
training finally ended
with an extra round for cool down.
so thats 14 rounds today

i wonder how next year will be like
with the cdiv matches and srcs and china trip and all that stuff.

okay then after training, went home with yingying and kazuki
funny i havent heard of xiao zhu.
they were so shocked when they found out i have no idea who xiao zhu is
