today was better than first day of school .
but we spent practically the whole morning listening to talks in the studio D:
about nyaa, streaming, school rules, cmps, etc .
and you know what?
this year's gonna be great =)
cause all our teachers are super nice

eng- mrs tan-wong
geog- mrs tan-wong
lit- ms ang
science- ms chiam
history- ms su
chinese- huang lao shi (mr ng)
pe- mrs sew
art- ms della! :D
dnt- A NEW TEACHER ! HEH HEH HEH :D
music- mrs seet
did i miss out any subject?
yeah .
so cool right (:

oh yah
oral communication is mr john and some other teacher

so great + funny teachers= pay attention in class
pay attention in class= good results
good results= happy person

starting of training was super sucky.
cause we did physical which was a serious killer .
cause no key, so we couldnt take equipment .
then we run bases .
then, (here comes the horror) hop on one leg from home to first base
then change to another leg from first to second base
then long jump for second to third base
then duckwalk from third to home .
and without stopping .
we did two sets of that
or maybe one
i forgot .
then we hopped on one leg from home to first. same as before except have to move left and right when hopping
then changed leg from first to second base . move left and right also
then from second to third, jump with both legs, move left and right
from third to home, jump with both legs backwards, move left and right
mad right
after that we were all super tired .
but then we did more stuff .
15 pushups, 20 v-man, 50 burpees [x2], 30 burpees, knee lifts [3 sets] and other stuff .
forgot ardy .
super super tiring .
then throwing .
my throwing still shit .
then we did fundemental throwing .
with seniors .
then i improved ! :D
cause i learned something new .
heh heh .
then we did fielding with coach zhang .
she bat then we field .
my fielding improved tooooo :DD
hahahahahaha
and my throwing wasnt so off when i threw to first and second base

why do i seem so excited?
cause i had to work hard to improve just a little .
i bet you have no idea how that feels (:
anyway, then ya.
but twice i didnt go low enough, so coach zhang made me duckwalk a little .
im still afraid of fly balls, but not as bad as before ardy (:
and you know what?
im going to work even harder .
so i can be even better :DD
then did batting .
my batting sucked i tell you .
like really suck
im back to using right hand D:
im back to dropping bat D:
im back to not finishing off D:
and im back to folding D:
ugh .
but im working on my left hand later
and tomorrow, gym.
maybe i might work more on my left
i think im crazy to do that .
but ya
better than coach making me do push-ups with left hand or whatever .
then, end of training .
and coach zhang made us do more physical
ahhhhhhh
my legs were ardy aching from the duckwalks and jumps and hops and burpees then she made us do some more =/
nway, did frogleaps, push-ups and something like sit-ups except worse .
cause you have to go up twice without going down
supposed to do 3 sets, but coach zhang asked cdiv to do only 2
cause no time ardy
hahhaha
then after changing and all that, coach zhang told coach i improved [:
so i think i have proven coach zhang wrong
hahahaha :D
thats one wish fufilled :D
all i need to do now is keep improving and maintain (:
heh heh heh
and class party tomorrow :D
